Hole Details

A hole which will relinquish a birdie to 2 well struck shots and the occasional eagle. The drive must be long enough to get to the corner or your 2nd shot will be a lay up to position. From the men’s tee a drive of around 240m is required and you could be left with as little as an 8 iron for your shot into the green. The trouble on this hole is right of the fairway where a forest of gums and pine trees will ensure you have no chance of getting on the green in two shots. Play onto the adjoining 9th fairway is OOB. The green is protected by one bunker front left but once on the green you will be rewarded with a relatively flat surface which like all the greens on the course will break a little away from Mount Buninyong.
